What is Teletherapy?

This is easily the most challenging time anyone of us have ever experienced. It's okay to be anxious, scared, irritable, angry, sad, confused or any combination of those emotions. What matters is that you don't get sucked down into the whirlpool of your feelings. We all wish this was a bad dream we could wake up from. Unfortunately, it's not.
