Should you see a therapist for your anxiety?
Lets talk about anxiety! Did you know that anxiety affects 40 million adults in the United States. That's just a little over 18% of the population! But! Less than 37% of the people struggling with anxiety gets help. The thing is, anxiety is really treatable. I use a mix of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). You can overcome your anxiety!
