Another way to challenge a negative frame of mind. Take your time with this one. Find one good thing, either something you are grateful for or something you like. For example....S might be Star or sushi for me. M might be Mom. Fill in the easy things first, than keep working to fill in the rest of the letters. Most importantly, have fun!
